    Samira started her career in brand management of Retail sphere during the studying in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics faculty of BSU. She entered the dynamic field of brand management, where her long journey has been characterized by a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration. She strove to create an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.

    During her career she was developing numerous development and training programs in order to empower the team she worked. Her comprehensive expertise in brand management, spanning various industries and brands, strategic insights, leadership abilities, and results-driven approach are evident throughout her career, making her a valuable asset in driving business success.

    2021– 2023 INEO Company - Brand Manager: Analyzing market trends, sales performance, and customer segmentation. Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth. Providing training to teams, and fostering motivation to achieve sales targets. Managing logistics and controlling social media content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    2016– 2021 Smartoy - Brand manager: Focusing on sales analysis, strategic planning, and team management. Developing comprehensive marketing plans tailored to brand strategy and local market dynamics. Expanding brand portfolio with new product lines and specialist brands.
    2010– 2015 Sabah Group - Brand manager: Managing brand projects for Mothercare and ELC brands across multiple countries, overseeing budgeting, sales strategies, and marketing activities. Led store openings and managed a team of store representatives, providing training and support to drive sales growth. Preparing P&L reports and contributing to brand portfolio development
    2009– 2010 Group - Stock Manager Assistant: responsible for sales analysis, stock management, and budgeting for Mothercare and ELC brands.
    2006– 2008 IFF GROUP Company - Marketing Manager. Focusing on brand portfolio development, partner negotiations, logistics, and marketing support for jewelry and accessories brands.
    2003– 2006 "Sabina P&C" LLC - Brand Manager for LVMH brands, involved in market analysis, sales management, store operations, and brand development.
