With a strong academic background and extensive practical experience in economics and management, Elvin Aliyev has pursued his education across all levels at UNEC—bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees—culminating in an Executive MBA in General Management from the University of York.Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. Since 2007, he has been actively engaged in the insurance industry, beginning as an Insurance Manager at Kavkaz Sigorta.
As a former International Commissioner in ASA(WOSM), he brings a strong foundation in global collaboration and youth development. Teymur has led diverse teams, built workflows from scratch, and delivers training that bridges strategy with real-world execution.
