Officially maiden work experience was scored in Connect LLC as a front office representative. Later he served as CRM trainer at Baku Electronics. From 2011 till 2016 he used to work for Azercell in various positions such as: call center operator, CC support team and Segmented calls group spokesman, Telesales sections representative and finally as a trainer in Training center and Azercell Academy.
Starting from 2016 till 2020 he held different managerial posts in Kapital bank which includes: Call center chief, Information center head, Learning and support division head at Customer Relationship department and Learning & Development manager at HR department. Alongside he used to be a member of Kapital Academy. He has sufficient experience at Middle and Top management level. For the time being, he leads Customer care division at Business Development department in AzeriCard. At the same time, he collaborates with Develor company as a business trainer.
