Elchin has a diverse and extensive career, blending public speaking, teaching, and coaching with practical experience in entrepreneurship, business, and team management. With over 14 years of experience in corporate organizations, particularly in
sales and management, Elchin has held various positions in top banks in Azerbaijan, including heading a bank branch and several departments. In addition to his corporate career, he is a co-founder and executive director of several start-up projects in the food industry.
